Today world has developed a lot, people have become smart. Now there is no shortage of means to study. I mean, Having a Laptop, mobile, tabs, projection or something else has made studying even easier, but still students are not able to focus in studies and do not give their best. 

To say that people read 8 hours at a time but after focusing properly they do not read even 5 hours. So If you also thing, How to focus on study or how to study with efficient then this article is for you.

1. Find your space or room : 

This is the first thing you have to do. Sometimes you can not read because of noising of others or someone starts talking around you or else some of their activity annoyed you and do not let you read. 
For example, If you are reading and someone operating phone there, then in that case you will also want to operate your phone. So, you should find a place where there is no trouble of anything that disturb you.

 If you don't have such type of space then you have to change your study time. I mean you should read in that time when these troubles can not happen or nobody around you who get annoyed you. May be this time would be early morning or after your dinner or something else.

2. Make a Routine : 

I know, you must have make routine before and could not follow sincerely. But this time you have to make one more routine because without this you can not focus on study. This time you have to make such a routine or your daily timetable in which your all work of a day should have a particular time. Like this.....    

 Monday to Saturday
 5:00 am to 6:00 am Wake up and meditation
 6:00 am to 8:00 am  Study time
 8:30 am to 9:00 am Bathing and fresh 
 9:00 am to 4:00 pm College time
 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm  Using phone

Sunday special day - Without routine

And at least 30 days you have to follow this with consistency or without any gap. And once If you complete your one month then you can increase your study time. 

One more thing, your one time work should not collaborate with other time work in 30 days so make your routine carefully.

3. Avoid your phone/ laptop during study :

When you are reading then avoid your phone or Television or any such entertaining thing. Because these are the main things which distract you during study. But if you use phone or laptop for study purpose then make sure you have to avoid social media notification or any other useless message.

In earlier time, peoples don't have such type of things but still they could read. So you can also study without phone and laptop. So next time when you study try to less use of these things.

4. Goal and steps :

In order to do any tough work we should make a strategy or steps for it and consider it as a goal or target and we have to achieve it.

For example, If you want to read a book of 800 pages then consider it as your goal or target and read 20 pages per day. After 40 days you will read whole book.

When I study or do any thing, I do just like that. If I want to read something now then first I'll write a note of my steps of studying like what do I want to study and for how long to study and till and once I have done then I will erase the note.

Even when I was going to write this article then first I wrote about reason of not focusing and steps through you can improve your focus on study.

So, when you study next time, First write about your goal and steps that you are going to do after completion erase it which will show you have completed.

5. Stay fit & healthy and don't take Stress :

When we have been reading then sometimes we take stress and worry about our exam, family problem or personal problem or something else. And because of this we cannot focus on our studies. Our eyes are fixed on the book but our mind or focus are on elsewhere. Isn't it?

So If you want to focus on your study then you should not take any stress and not to worry about any thing. For that you should stay fit and healthy. You should do exercise, meditation and eat health food that will give you a healthy mind.

One more thing for avoiding stress at study time, you have to concentrate on your class and listen carefully your teacher's word.
